What landfeed never answers

landfeed never fetches, stores or serves property owner/holder data or księga wieczysta numbers (KW, land and mortgage register numbers). Do not ask an agent to find them or place them in parameters, custom fields or webhook URLs. Privacy admission rejects or scrubs forbidden content; this is not a way to store secrets safely in a question.

The service provides no legal advice. Planning data, layer classifications and zone symbols do not establish buildability rights. An adopted plan may not yet be in force. A mapped road does not establish a legal right of access. An RCN aggregate for an obręb is not a parcel valuation. Address-level individual transaction prices and investor names are never served.

covered_no_data is bounded to its source, date and evidence scope. not_covered, not_computed, missing events and source failure never prove no risk. Do not turn these into “safe parcel”, “no plan” or “no restrictions”. On ambiguous, obtain clarification instead of choosing a parcel silently.

When a decision requires legal status, development rights or property rights, obtain the relevant documents and appropriate specialist help outside landfeed. Preserve sources and dates so the evidence behind any conclusion remains visible.
